In an age where environmental concerns are paramount, Body Perfect (Wrexham), encompassing Wrexham Service Centre and Ceiriog Valley Service Centre, understands the urgency of showcasing our unwavering dedication to achieving carbon neutrality. By doing so, we display our commitment to sustainability, align ourselves with global efforts to combat climate change, and actively contribute to the UN Strategic Development Goals.
Body Perfect has joined forces with Switch2Zero, a trusted authority in the field, to evaluate all our company’s combined efforts towards Carbon neutrality. The result of this rigorous assessment is an estimation of the impact our dedicated pursuit of carbon neutrality will have from January 2024 to December 2024.
During this crucial timeframe, our collective endeavours are projected to yield the following outcomes:
- Fifty trees will be planted, symbolising our dedication and understanding of the contribution nature makes to reducing CO2. The estimated lifespan capture of approximately 10 tonnes of CO2 is a testament to the lasting impact of this green initiative.
- Through our resolute actions, we are on track to offset a significant 118 tonnes of CO2e, equivalent to the emissions generated by an impressive 63.13 long-haul flights. This tangible achievement underscores our determination to combat carbon emissions at their source.
- Our unwavering efforts to combat plastic waste are making a real difference. We are tackling 50 kg of this environmental nemesis, which is equivalent to disposing of a staggering 2,500 plastic bottles. By undertaking this challenge, we are not just reducing waste, but also highlighting the importance of transitioning towards a plastic-free future.

Body Perfect has fully embraced the recognised PAS 2060 certification to substantiate our commitment to carbon neutrality. This verification acts as a cornerstone, enhancing the trust and confidence of our staff and customers.
